We are seeking an experienced IT leader for our master data solutions (SAP S/4 MDG and PLM) to join Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT Strategy organization supporting both the Consumer Products and Building Products businesses. As a Master Data Solutions leader, you will supervise 3 teams of direct reports, be responsible for understanding business processes and needs, translate those needs into strategies and technical solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of how master data impacts upstream and downstream processes and be a thought leader for continuous improvement. In this role you will be a trusted IT partner working closely with senior IT and business leaders. LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA (HYBRID) WE OFFER RELOCATION ASSISTANCE What You Will Do Your primary role as a supervisor is to utilize our management philosophy, [3] Principled Based Management, and apply the [4] 5 Dimensions to build a high performing organization * Lead a team of SAP Master Data and PLM functional resources in a global support model * Provide guidance, coaching and support while fostering a collaborative work environment. Guide team around delivery in a highly integrated environment with multiple stakeholders. * Leverage expertise of SAP functionality to deliver and support business capabilities and solutions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional solutions that create value for the customer and deliver business outcomes. * Provide oversight of SAP MDG, SAP Information Steward, SAP PLM, SAP ECTR, and various other SAP Master Data solutions and future state roadmap. * Manage stakeholder relationships with effective communication. * Drive the scoping, planning and execution of project, enhancement and support activities. * Manage and oversee relationships with internal service providers and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions. * Influence and provide input into enterprise master data solutions. * Demand and resource management for delivery of support and initiatives. * Leverage talent to support and enhance existing solutions and deliver initiatives such as SAP upgrade projects and business transformation. * Align with SAP roadmaps to deliver new capabilities / functionality and identify solutions that add value and meet business needs. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experienced resource manager with a track record of talent development and proven leadership skills. * Proven experience in ERP Master Data Management solutions, delivery and support with knowledge of SAP MDG and cross functional understanding of data impacts. * Clear understanding of Master Data Governance and Data Quality processes and strategies, and experience implementing related solutions to support an end-to-end SAP ERP environment. * Ability to analyze and assess current state of business processes and IT solutions, with experience in collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to align strategies, technology solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. * Ability to evaluate tools and alternative solutions to solve complex issues. Mentor team to do the same. * SAP Implementation or upgrade experience. What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field * Implementation experience or detailed knowledge of SAP PLM * Implementation experience or detailed knowledge of SAP MDG * Implementation experience or detailed knowledge of SAP Information Steward * Working with off-shore resources * Cross functional SAP Knowledge * SAP data replication and integration concepts * Knowledge of the Consumer Products or Building Products Industry * Experience and knowledge of SAP S/4 At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
