Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a training professional, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Operations Training Supervisor owns the overall Operations training strategy for a specific site or group of sites. They are responsible for partnering with local leaders to drive a consistent approach, metrics and monitoring of Operations training across all production areas. Additionally, they manage the Operations Foundational Onboarding program and Offline Skills Training content (including the coordination of the trainees, instructors, physical training spaces and some/all of the training delivery. This member works with the Global Operations Training Manager and the Operations Training team across sites to ensure consistent implementation of training curriculum to promote standardization across Woodward sites when practical. Responsible for the creation and deployment of new curriculum to support local and global needs. What You Will Be Doing
