WHO YOU AREWe are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Web Experience team to oversee web projects while implementing operational efficiencies and prioritization frameworks to help set the team for scale. As Senior Manager, Web Programs and Operations, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of key web initiatives, as well as manage day-to-day operations and production for our global public-facing websites. You have team management experience and can comfortably drive your own projects while leading a team of talented web programs and operations specialists to ensure a seamless and effective online experience. You are an organized web marketing professional who can drive a long term vision of what to aspire to but also recognizes the realities of day to day work. You are able to manage your own projects in a timely manner and execute with a high attention to detail while comfortably prioritizing to meet deadlines in a function that manages a high volume of work. As an experienced web leader, you can comfortably work with internal and external partners, and are able to present your work to stakeholders and explain your rationale. This role reports to the Director, Web Strategy and Experience and is part of the larger Brand Marketing function. WHAT YOU'LL DO

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
