Your Role:

As a member of the Mountain Home Plant Quality team, you will be responsible for providing supervisory support to the department Quality Manager. A large portion of this role will focus on corporate specifications, Plant Standard Operating Procedures, FDA regulations, ensure compliance with GMP/QSRs and all applicable ISO and Country Standards, and Corporate/Plant goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for leading a group of quality technicians. Responsibilities include interviewing/hiring, daily direction setting, and coaching/developing via the internal ACE check-in process.
  • Develop and maintain training and development programs as appropriate.
  • Create a positive work environment that drives engagement across the quality management group and teamwork between the quality and manufacturing teams.
  • Responsible for initiating, owning, and driving PRR's, NCR's, and SNCR's through to completion. Assure that all in process and/or finished product meet specifications for release. Ensure deviations are handled appropriately.
  • Improve product quality and reduce customer complaints.
  • Assist in validation of new equipment, processes, systems and facility changes that impact product quality.Assist in evaluation for both quality management and manufacturing changes.
  • Assure compliance of manufacturing and quality control operations with respect to corporate specifications, SOP's, Good Manufacturing Practices/Quality System Regulations.
  • Review and approve all appropriate documentation. Approve (POMS) records.
  • Perform adhoc projects in support of Mountain Home Quality System.

What You'll Bring:

  • BS degree strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Quality experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

  • Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends
  • Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required
  • Position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Able to wear applicable Personal Protective Equipment & gowning requirements.
  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $90,000, plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
