Business Process Owner - Supply Chain Planning

This role will be responsible for delivering a sustainable, high-quality system through the configuration, design, implementation, and maintenance of GOJO's SAP ERP and related systems, with a focus on Supply Chain Planning systems (systems used for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, deployment, master production scheduling, rough-cut capacity planning, order promising, transportation planning).

• Functional/Technical expert and hands on configurator for SAP IBP
• Consultant and interface lead for external planning systems used at GOJO, including but not limited to Logility
• This role is responsible for ensuring the Supply Chain Planning systems meet GOJO business requirements for plan suffiency, accuracy, and usability

Solution Design:

• Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and reporting requirements
• Advises users of best options to meet the specified requirements: SAP standard functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, custom report-writing or development, complementary software packages, and/or changes to business processes
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures

Solution Delivery:

• Configures the planning systems to achieve GOJO planning business requirements
• Manages the design and implementation of interfaces (master and transaction data, planning results)
• Manages the daily, weekly, monthly batch job schedules for Supply Chain Planning systems
• Develops functional standards, best practice guidelines, solution diagrams, and documentation standards for all ERP and related solutions
• Ensures that standards are adhered to, and that documentation and change control processes are followed ultimately being accountable for the solutions delivered
• Designs and assists users in the creation and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training
• Supervises contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistance, as needed

Testing:

• Designs test plans, executes test scenarios, validates test data, and documents test results
• Performs regression testing of all system changes ensuring no negative side-effects

Solution Support and Stewardship:

• Manages system upgrades and releases (including SAP IBP quarterly releases)
• Monitors systems performance and system resource management
• Highly responsive to priority incidents impacting responsible areas
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company

• B.S. degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field preferred
• In lieu of a degree minimum seven (7) years' experience in a fast-paced, regulated, global manufacturing environment
• A minimum of five (5) years' SAP implementation experience with hands-on configuration experience
• Experience with SAP IBP for Inventory, Demand, Supply
• Familiar with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Knowledge of planning-related master data, including BOM, Recipe, and Production Versions
• Experience with batch job scheduling
