Job Overview The Senior Director of Site Performance is accountable for monitoring, optimizing, and impacting the site performance by leveraging real-time data and insights. Additionally, they will be responsible to enhance and monitor our QA process (working closely with Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising) and devise solutions for continuous improvement, ultimately boosting traffic and performance. They will work closely with the Product and UX/UI teams to identify and prioritize necessary changes for enhancing site performance. This position will lead the Site Analytics, Site Execution, and Site Experience teams and support the category Site Merchandising and SEO teams. What You Will Do

Solution Orientation: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business. Communications: Excellent communication and facilitation skills (oral, written, and listening) for a variety of audiences. Ability to understand, organize, and communicate complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences. Change Management: Ability to align the organization's people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology, and business processes. Act as a change agent to implement and manage significant change initiatives that have a material impact to the organization. Collaboration: Ability to build partnerships with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage smarter decision-making across our organization. Collaboration skills are critical. Business Acumen: Awareness of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, and values. Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this appropriately to diverse situations. Functional Proficiency: Knowledge of major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the enterprise. Data Literacy: Must have superior analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
