Duties include but are not limited to:

Recruit, hire and train through cost effective recruiting tools
Manage lead flow and ensure accuracy in leads
Create and develop the culture of the local direct marketing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques, and delivering a world-class customer experience across each touchpoint
Develop team supervisors to grow the team, including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision, and motivating team members
Develop team supervisors to monitor and coach the team to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines
Execute direct marketing strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities
Manager schedule of the team
Manage and assist the supervisor role in territory allocation
Manage monthly budget
Maintain company equipment and vehicles allocated to the department
Report on weekly and monthly metrics

Requirements:
Leadership Skills: 4+ years of team leadership. Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring that canvassers are engaged, informed, and effective in their roles.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for training, providing feedback, and interacting with the public, team members, and partnered department leaders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain records of canvassing efforts efficiently.
Experience in Canvassing or Fieldwork: 2+ years of prior experience in canvassing, campaigning, or similar fieldwork helps in understanding the nuances of the role.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges that arise in the field, whether with team dynamics or logistical issues.
Data Management Skills: Familiarity with data collection tools and software to track canvassing metrics and report outcomes effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with diverse groups of people, fostering positive interactions and building rapport quickly.
Training and Coaching Skills: Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and changing conditions in the field.
Knowledge of Local Strategies: Understanding of the community and the specific strategy that are relevant to the canvassing efforts, which helps in effectively communicating with the public.
Commitment to the Cause: A strong belief in the mission or cause being represented, which can inspire and motivate the team and enhance their effectiveness.
Driving: Valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record

90k annually plus bonus
