Postdoctoral Fellow Position - NIH-Sponsored Lung Research Training Program
Mentor: Matching Faculty at the Department of Pharmacology and Regenerative Medicine

The Department of Pharmacology and Regenerative Medicine (PCOL) is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position in the following areas: regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, innovative approaches to treating inflammatory diseases, drug discovery, nanotechnology, cell mechanics, genetic models of disease, and COVID-19 therapy through our NIH-T32 Postdoctoral Training Program. Trainees will be matched with appropriate faculty mentors for their postdoctoral training.
This program offers advanced research training for a duration of 1 to 3 years, a salary that adheres to NIH levels, and funding for conference travel. Salaries will follow NIH guidelines for Postdoctoral Fellows, which can be viewed here: https://www.niaid.nih.gov/grants-contracts/salary-cap-stipends. This prestigious NHLBI-supported institutional training program is committed to cultivating the next generation of innovative and independent lung researchers.

Eligibility & Requirements
Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree in a relevant biomedical discipline
Strong interest in lung biology, pathobiology, and regenerative medicine
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (per NIH training grant requirements)
Commitment to developing an independent research career
