Competitive Salary
The Director of Trade Compliance is an Empowered Official responsible for the management of the company's trade compliance program. In this role, you will implement an enterprise-wide program to ensure compliance with U.S export and import regulations. You will monitor the company's global trade compliance program under applicable U.S. and foreign laws and regulations, including aligning with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR); International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC); Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE); and foreign government sanctions and controls. You will collaborate cross functionally within the company and with other business stakeholders to serve as a subject matter expert for all trade compliance activities. Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's operating policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; effectives staff plans - assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and providing for employee discipline when required; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Active mentoring and development of staff is a critical element of the supervisory responsibilities in order to create a high performing cohesive team. The annualized pay range for this role is $172,523 - $220,446 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 15%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
