ETL Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Test lead with 10 + years of experience in ETL Validation with strong SQL knowledge. Good to have - Python and Snowflake SQL specifically within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to innovative projects that drive our company's success and impact the insurance industry positively.

• ETL data validation using SQL.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior testers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Develop and execute tests cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

• Possess strong proficiency in ETL Validation Python and Snowflake SQL.
• Have extensive experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Have experience with agile development methodologies.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The annual salary for this position is between $72,000- $115,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
