Job Summary The strategic marketing manager will serve as a marketing business partner to business and service line leaders, business development teams and other leaders across the Corewell Health organization. This role will provide expertise on all aspects of market development with a sharp focus on providing an audience-driven, go-to market plan working alongside partners both within marketing and other departments/service lines to drive transformation, helping to guide marketing investments to be more strategic and results oriented. The strategic marketing manager takes a data-driven approach to decision-making, using market data, environmental/industry insights and consumer segmentation information to build upon a strong foundation of marketing and communications knowledge. The strategic marketing manager also researches and identifies the latest and most successful marketing tools and trends across multiple industries, and then evaluates and shapes those for use at Corewell Health. Thinking outside the box, moving beyond the status quo and a strong desire to continuously learn about modern marketing is essential. This professional is dedicated to the acquisition and engagement of target audiences, building relationships by identifying audience needs and wants with Corewell Health high value services/value prop. This role is responsible for ensuring a strong connection between strategic growth initiatives and marketing activities across the organization.
