The Translational Institute is a member of the National Institutes of Health's Clinical and Translational Science Awards consortium. https://ncats.nih.gov/ctsa POSITION SUMMARY: Scripps' CTSA award supports mentored research in a career development postdoctoral program designed for young investigators to gain clinical and translational research experience as members of Scripps Research Translational Institute. The K Scholars Program, directed by Dr. Laura Nicholson, is designed to provide early-career postdoctoral (MD, PhD, MD/PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) candidates with a novel career development experience in a precision medicine-focused institute at the forefront of genomics, digital medicine, machine learning, and community-engaged research. REQUIREMENTS:
COMPENSATION: The expected hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $92,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Consideration will be given to experience that exceeds the listed requirements. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position works in a laboratory or vivarium environment. Further details of the physical requirements of established essential functions for this position will be addressed/discussed during the interview process.
