Delivery lead- QA, Life Sciences (Onsite - Hybrid)

Onsite Location: (Mettawa, IL) Hybrid - 3 days in the office.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have a minimum of 18+ years of substantial onsite experience in direct customer management for multiple programs

Should have proven experience in delivery driven business development

Experience in performing Test maturity assessments and creating QA roadmaps to optimize the test efforts

Experience in driving innovation and create transformation plans for multiple programs

Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test strategies, ensuring adherence to customer's standard operating procedures (SoPs)

Expert troubleshooting skills across systems to identify defects and assigning it to the right system.

Data analysis experience using Salesforce, SOAPUI, Postman, Snowflake & MySQL.

Experience in TOSCA Automation, JIRA, test management tools and 3rd party integrations

Experience in handling cross functional teams

Experience in formulating Test Plans, Test Designs, and Test Summaries to support quality deliverables

Excellent understanding of Life Sciences industry, patient drug journey, HIPAA concepts, handling PHI and PII data and data security.

Must have hands on experience in owning large RFPs and solutions

Knowledge on SFDC & SFMC is a Plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead test strategy, oversee execution and completion to meet the quality expectations

Lead test automation efforts

Define framework for consistent QA execution & measurement.

Manage the delivery for multiple projects with a team size of 250+ FTEs across onsite and offshore

Standardizing test processes, driving test automation, and planning & implementing GenAI solutions across all systems

Define, Manage & implement QA processes and record QA metrics

Manage large engagements with teams across different geographies and time zones

Establish strong client relationships, deliver committed SLAs, and strive for growth across different opportunities

Demonstrate leadership, manage service delivery, and ensure continuous improvement

Identify risks, devise mitigations, communicate them to stakeholders in a timely manner and consistently monitor progress till its closure

Participate in periodic reviews with customers, present testing and transformation progress

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[96,750 - $153,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
