Dietary Aide

Pay Rate: $17.03 - $19.45/hr

Shifts Available:

• 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

This position requires availability to work every other weekend and some holidays, with the ability to work 7 days a week.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a key role in supporting the cafe, tray line, and dish machine areas. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the work areas and ensuring the safe and sanitary handling of food, equipment, and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
• Plan food production to ensure that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved
• Clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation
• Operate and clean the dish machine, maintaining sanitary conditions in the dishwashing room and pot/pan area
• Operate the cash register when needed
• Ensure safe and sanitary handling of food, equipment, and supplies
• Other duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
