Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Dynamics Customer Relationship Management Developer to join our team!

As a Dynamics Customer Relationship Management Developer, you will:

Develop and execute installation, maintenance, and modification of Haworth's global web-based customer relationship (Customer Relationship Management [CRM]) system, business application programs, or integrated programs, taking on several components of projects or complex components of one program, to create competitive advantage for Haworth's sales members, dealer network, and customers. Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, software, and/or systems relative to high-performance computing. Works beyond the routine nature of tasks, utilizing specialist knowledge and technology, troubleshooting basic problems, and recommending appropriate action.

Essential Functions

  • Software Development and Maintenance: Develops, implements, tests, and maintains high-performance software applications and integrations to support business and user needs.
  • CRM Strategy and Deployment: Develops and drives CRM strategy and marketing content, impacting sales teams, customers, dealers, and suppliers, and effectively deploys tools through project management.
  • Project Management: Guides and participates in various project-related activities to ensure successful outcomes within budget and on time.
  • User Problem Analysis: Analyzes trends in user problem reporting to mitigate issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Technical Design and Analysis: Analyzes user project proposals, identifies potential problems, and recommends optimal approaches for project paths, generating functional and technical designs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Mentorship: Leads cross-functional groups and external vendors to enhance CRM and sales processes, and provides guidance and mentorship to CRM technical staff.
  • User Training and Support: Educates and trains end users on CRM tools and sales processes, provides on-call support, and continually expands knowledge of technology to ensure optimal electronic tools for users.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

  • Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar field of study.
  • 7 years of designing, developing, and maintaining software; including CRM experiencewith Bachelor's Degree
  • or 5 years of designing, developing, and maintaining software; including CRM experience with Master's Degree
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development experience required.
  • Applicant must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for the position.
  • Education Equivalency: Associate Degree plus 2 years related exp OR 4 years related exp

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with any combination of the following: Dynamics 365 Plugin Development (C#/.NET), JavaScript, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), D365 Software Development Kit (SDK)/.NET development, Microsoft Office Groups, Azure Machine Learning, Power Automate, Kingswaysoft, Logic Applications, enterprise Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), and/or third party/Independent Software Vendor (ISV) product
  • Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry
