What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing claims team. Optimize processes and drive strategic growth. Ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the primary client contact. Manage budgets, performance metrics, and compliance standards. Foster innovation and develop solutions to streamline claims operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business priorities. What You Bring: Proven leadership in claims management or a related field. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Expertise in NYS Workers' Compensation and P&C insurance (a big plus!). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. A passion for mentoring teams and driving operational success.
