Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned and multi-disciplinary expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to shaping the future of transportation by improving product manufacturability and achieving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets. We'll look to you for:

  • Participating in product design reviews and contributing to product definition,

  • Requesting and writing specifications for tooling as needed,

  • Implementing ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, and programming for CNC machines while ensuring EHS and ergonomic standards,

  • Industrializing retrofit after engineering changes post-Serial Go, including Routings and Work Instructions,

  • Calculating precise Method Time for detailed production processes,

  • Supporting production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets and participating in continuous improvement workshops,

  • Ensuring compliance with Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering,

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering principles and the creation of work instructions and line balancing,

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up,

  • Demonstrated experience in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics,

  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes (railway or similar industry is preferred),

  • CATIAsoftware suite knowledge (preferred),

  • A conscientious approach, with a commitment to delivering results.

Things you'll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  • Work with responsibilities that include guiding product definition, participating in design reviews, estimating method time, and engaging in continuous improvement workshops,

  • Progress towards achieving excellence in manufacturing engineering, enhancing product manufacturability, and meeting QCD targets,

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries,

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

Salary range:60,000 - 90,000 USD

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
