RHB CSTARS Cincinnati Research Coordinator Support - 1A

Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) is seeking a Research Coordinator. The C-STARS Cincinnati Research Coordinator Support position provides a high degree of competency in clinical and basic science research and direct experience of strong administrative leadership, and technical support to ongoing research programs. The individual shall have demonstrated an exceptionally high capacity for performing unsupervised research with excellent communication skills.

Remote work within OHIO is allowed.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Determine exclusion and inclusion criteria for clinical trials.
• Screen admitted patients for potential enrollment approach.
• Coordinate with the clinical trials director.
• Develop, design and maintain Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) applications/on line databases.
• Develop, design and maintain Microsoft Access Databases and SQL Databases for research collection tools.
• Use and troubleshoot various environmental/altitude chambers during use in research projects.
• Collaborate with the Center for Sustainment of Trauma and Readiness Skills for medical research development and or completion of on-going projects.
• Create, review, and update medical research protocols.
• Create, review, and update final technical reports, manuscripts, posters, white papers for dissemination of medical research findings.
• Manage the Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) and Operational Security (OPSEC) clearance process for dissemination approval.
• Perform medical technology and device testing and evaluation as well as bench altitude/environmental chamber operations.
• Manage and track DoD purchased assets.
• Perform medical research while on military aircraft with knowledge and understanding of military requirements and procedures.
