Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Hours: Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30pm OT as needed on Fridays Pay : $19.25/hr+ $2/hr shift differential Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off 8 Paid holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: Full medical, dental and vision 401K Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (Eligible after one year of service) Paid Parental Leave (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time Working with hands & finger dexterity Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask Responsibilities Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application. Release formed log from mold checking for quality. Maintains proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank. Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint to give them a genuine wood appearance. Cleans and maintains log machine/mixer and molds daily. Perform box-out and packaging process as needed. May be required to rotate in other production lines as part of regular rotation or as needed. Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation. Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves. Has experience working in a repetitive, fast paced, hands on environment. Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
