KI has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician at its Corporate office in Green Bay. This role involves assisting the facilities team with minor repairs, installations, and overall maintenance of KI facilities and related buildings.

Essential Functions



  • Collaborate with installers on furniture installations
  • Maintain an inventory of parts needed for various installations
  • Assist office personnel with various requests
  • Handle chair repairs and coordinate replacements
  • Manage event setups and takedowns
  • Perform daily rounds to identify items in need of repair and report to the Facilities Manager as necessary
  • Conduct minor repairs and clean up spills, messes, etc.
  • Perform light maintenance using drills, small power tools, and hand tools
  • Work with vendors on custodial supplies and grease trap chemicals
  • Handle snow removal and salting of walkways and entryways
  • Complete monthly work lists
  • Manage deliveries and pickups to and from various locations (generally within a 15-mile radius), including photo shoots
  • Fuel company vehicles and ensure they are in proper working order
  • Check fluid levels, tires, brakes, and all necessary functions of company vehicles



What you Need to Succeed



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of light maintenance experience
  • Customer service experience in a commercial office setting preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to safely use power and hand tools
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must hold and maintain a valid Driver's License

The salary range for this position is $22-27/hour but could differentiate from this scale based on the candidate's skillset, years of experience, and/or education.
