Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$45.46 - $61.37 / hour

-The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for directing the Home Health Services (HHS) clinical team and ensuring that systems and processes are in place to assure the strategic and operational guidance and support to all clinical services. Assures services are available and staffing is adequate and appropriate.

-The Director is responsible for ensuring the patient care delivered is safe, effective, efficient, and complies with local, Federal and CHAP regulations ensuring adherence to documentation guidelines.

-Responsibility for the day-to-day management of clinical operations is a key function of this role. The responsibility includes Nursing, Therapy, Pediatric and the associated Clinical Care Coordination Teams.

-The Director is accountable for achieving Financial, Clinical, and patient and employee satisfaction goals.

-Provides input to Executive level decisions and keeps staff informed of executive level activities.

Education: Minimum Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or other healthcare field. Masters degree in nursing, healthcare related field and/or Business Administration preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or other healthcare field.

Experience: Previous experience in Clinical Leadership; 3-5 years Home Health experience preferred.

Certification:

License: Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse. Required: Valid Florida drivers license within 30 days of employment; reliable means of transportation & current automobile insurance.

Other: Knowledge of current Home Health Industry, regulatory and state mandates. Ability to participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve the delivery of care of interdisciplinary teams. Must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
