Role Objective As a data analyst supporting the sales and marketing teams, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from data, providing actionable recommendations, and supporting data-driven decision-making across our marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for assisting in administrative duties for several marketing technology tools in our tech stack. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Data Exploration and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and sales pipeline and performance. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs. Reporting and Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using various BI tools, including Power BI. Visualize marketing performance metrics, conversion rates, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns. Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve software and data issues Tool Integrations We use several marketing and sales tools in our tech stack. This role will include assisting in setting up and troubleshooting technical integration points. Be able to partner with vendors and complete online learning to understand integrations and set up of tools like Outreach IO, ZoomInfo, and marketing analytics tools. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a STEM focused field such as mathematics or analytics preferred; with degree minimum of one year of experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tool required In lieu of degree, minimum three years' experience in Power BI or similar visualization tools Experience in learning new skills on your own by studying resources and practicing independently Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL a plus Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders Basic understanding of database technologies and warehouses Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, sales data or customer analytics Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Supervision/Coordination This role does not supervise other GOJO team members Supervision provided by Sales and Marketing Analytics Director Travel Requirements Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
