THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Shift Supervisor, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your dedication to provide top-notch experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service

• Provide direction and support to staff to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by conducting consistent inspections of all public areas, offices, back-of-the-house, and Casino

• Conduct briefings, uphold policies and procedures, and ensure compliance

• Assist with various leadership functions to include scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, and inventory

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and currently hold a valid Nevada Driver's License

• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

• Has prior experience in an EVS leadership role overseeing general cleanliness

• Strong familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and their application in the workplace

• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, and HotSOS
