PD2 Systems Administrator
MacDill Airforce Base, FL (Hybrid) Pay From: $90,000 per year MUST: Secret clearance or higher with ability to obtain TS/SCI Experienced PD2 System Administrator 3+years of experience with a degree, or 7+ years without CompTIA Security+ required or equivalent Must have proficiency in base level support of the following IT applications: Standard Procurement System (SPS), Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat Experience with DoD Contracting, Acquisition, or Financial Management systems Sybase SQL script writing Ability to travel occasionally to DoD sites (CONUS) for support Bachelors degree preferred DUTIES: Provide DoD end-users support and training on the electronic business applications, sustainment of the Standard Procurement System (SPS), and the end-to-end eBusiness applications. Provide the appropriate network credentials and skill level to ensure contracting's infrastructure is working. Provide support through the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) on evaluations, analysis, reports that are ad hoc and labor intensive in nature. Work with the COR on all aspects, to include responding to data calls Notify the COR of any modifications contrary to DPAP memorandums, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and SOCOM Acquisition Regulation Supplement (SOFARS). Tasks include report writing and running scripts, system administration tasks and troubleshooting actions Escalate issues to the SPS Helpdesk as an authorized caller for the site Occasionally will need to provide functional contracting guidance Write custom reports using Cognos, the built-in SPS report writing tool. Monitor daily error logs Troubleshoot interface and SPS system issues Provide software upgrade support; and assist with Information Assurance vulnerability remediation and software upgrades/deployments Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
