Location: Local to Chicago, IL 60604 and has to be onsite 3 days per week

Duration: 9+ months

Summary of the project:

In Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will play a crucial role for the following currently in-flight and high visibility projects with the Security Technology Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst you will play a key role in efficiently managing user identities and access across the enterprise.
  • Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of RBAC systems within an organization.
  • This role involves designing, analyzing, and improving RBAC processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient access management and security controls.
  • Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to develop RBAC frameworks and strategies aligned with the organization's goals and industry best practices.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate into RBAC policies, roles, and permissions.
  • Ensure access adhere to the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Define and document RBAC processes, workflows, and procedures.



Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking and possess an exceptional understanding and subject matter expertise in Identity Access Management, SOD (Separation of Duties), and Role-Based Access Controls.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, RBAC - Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD - Segregation of Duties and Toxic Combination Configuration in Financial Systems.
  • Proven experience with RBAC, Access provisioning & deprovisioning and Access attestation processes.
  • Detailed understanding of IGA specific to RBAC.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field.
