Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Blaster Operator in Red Oak, TX to join a dynamic and supportive team. Apply today for a great opportunity! Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr Shift: 2nd Shift As a Blaster Operator, you will be responsible for the preparation and blasting of customer parts according to specified requirements. Responsibilities: Prepare and transport customer parts for blasting Operate sandblast and related equipment Place completed parts in proper containers for shipping or the next step in the process Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor Perform other assigned tasks as required Handle customer inventory with care to prevent damage or loss Qualifications: U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders only High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of heat treating experience Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that include bending, climbing, and stooping Regular exposure to heat, dust, noise, humidity, fumes, etc. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed Ability to wear protective gear as required Forklift operator certification (must obtain and maintain) Employee Benefits: Weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and more!
