is seeking a Blaster Operator in Red Oak, TX to join a dynamic and supportive team. Apply today for a great opportunity!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift

As a Blaster Operator, you will be responsible for the preparation and blasting of customer parts according to specified requirements.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and transport customer parts for blasting
  • Operate sandblast and related equipment
  • Place completed parts in proper containers for shipping or the next step in the process
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required
  • Handle customer inventory with care to prevent damage or loss



Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders only
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of heat treating experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that include bending, climbing, and stooping
  • Regular exposure to heat, dust, noise, humidity, fumes, etc.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed
  • Ability to wear protective gear as required
  • Forklift operator certification (must obtain and maintain)
