NAQC - Infotainment Engineer Intern

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is currently looking for an intern to join our North America Quality Center (NAQC) facility in Chino, CA, that will:

• Analyze online automotive forums to identify current customer complaints and find possible improvements
• Review JDPA and consumer reports market data and summarize top field complaints
• Research automotive market trends
• Analyze field claim data, identify rising trends, and support field investigations
• Support test drives with other team members to perform dynamic evaluations
• Benchmark Hyundai/Kia vehicles and competitors and provide key comparison items
• Support on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing vehicle components
• Support with VLA requests

• Requirements:




• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering




• Preferably, junior or senior standing




• Considering graduate students, too
• Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record

• Compensation:
• $22/Hour
