As an HR Generalist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, managing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. What You'll Do: Payroll & Benefits Administration - Manage and support employees with benefits enrollment, issue resolution, and compliance with benefits-related regulations. Oversee FMLA and leave administration, ensuring adherence to federal and multi-state requirements. Partner directly with external vendors to manage benefits programs and services. Serve as a backup to the Payroll Manager, assisting with payroll processing to maintain accuracy, compliance, and business continuity. Support the Employee Lifecycle - Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary recommendations, HR policies, and employee relations. Assist with onboarding, learning & development initiatives, and performance management. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including payroll and benefits administration Willingness to travel domestically (<10%) What We Offer: A collaborative and fast paced work environment Our Benefits: HEALTH INSURANCE: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is provided at no cost for full-time employees upon date of hire. PAID TIME OFF: Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.
