Receptionist
GENERAL SUMMARY: Serve as the receptionist for The Good Shepherd; handles inquiries for services, referring to appropriate TGS staff, or if request is for services not provided by TGS, to make referral to appropriate LSS agency or outside service. Supports and assists TGS Leadership staff with administrative and clerical duties and projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS SUPERVISES: N/A EDUCATION: High school diploma. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year receptionist or similar experience within a customer service setting. Computer training required. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent telephone skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Competent with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Power Point, Graphics skills. Possess active listening skills. Initiative and problem-solving abilities. Professional conduct, patience, enthusiasm, and tact. Self-motivated and confident to successfully function independently and as part of a dynamic team. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license and provide proof of current automobile insurance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
