Strong credit management skills are necessary. Revenue focus is 5MM - 30MM with average loan size 1MM to 2MM.We invite you to review more about this opportunity: Under limited supervision and functional guidance, manage and develop a portfolio of business banking relationships and ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships, while complying with established Associated Bank risk management and credit policy, business strategy and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with internal partners to facilitate the development of new business relationships as well as develop prospects through COIs and other proactive measures. Play a vital role in the growth and development of the business banking portfolio and market share. May have 1-2 direct reports and could be deeply involved in the strategic initiatives of the Business Line. Provide coaching and performance assessment to the relationship manager direct reports.
