Job Summary:

Join our team as a Quality Control Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance. In this position, you will oversee quality assurance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement effective quality control measures to maintain excellence in our products and services. Key responsibilities include part marking, receiving inspection, and creating shipment paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Act as a liaison between the quality control department and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

- Receive incoming product from OSP and OSM.

- Conduct visual inspection, count and verify product identification, as well as certifications of incoming product to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Perform part marking processes to ensure proper identification per customer requirements.

- Examine each part for any type of damage of material or paint discrepancy

- Work directly with Quality Supervisor or Lead personnel to coordinate daily needs.

- Verify accuracy and completeness of paperwork before processing shipments.

- Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and compliance logs.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Requirements:

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

* Experience: 3+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role in manufacturing or production.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

- Proficiency in using measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quality management software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements.

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle pressure.
