What does a Strategic Partnership Specialist at Swire Coca-Cola do?


The primary purpose of the Strategic Partnerships team is to lead the community investment and employee volunteer strategy. The team is responsible for building mutually beneficial partnerships across the enterprise to advance business priorities, enhance image and reputation, and support the communities we serve. Supporting the Director, Strategic Partnerships with community relations program administration including donation management support, volunteer program activation, volunteer hour reporting, community champion committee administration, and event planning. Our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy is critical to Swire Coca-Cola's long-term brand value development and core values.

Responsibilities:



  • Support Public Relations and Community Affairs Manager and PRGA team with online donation requests, responding to donation requests, managing Strategic Partnerships product donations, record keeping of donation receipts, communicating with nonprofit partners, donation reporting and representing Swire Coca-Cola at community events and functions
  • Provide administrative support for community champion committee including meeting preparation, PowerPoint presentations, engagement plans and support for volunteer events across 13 states throughout the year
  • Serve as a subject matter expert with the Benevity volunteer platform to set up events, assist employees with troubleshooting, responding to inquiries, and managing the volunteer program reporting
  • Provide insights for Swire Coca-Cola's volunteer program to consider
  • Prepare content featuring the volunteer program for internal communication channels and create pipeline of social media content
  • Provide support on community event activation and drive engagement with community partners
  • Provide administrative support with community calendaring, contact lists, and ensuring sponsorship deliverables are accurately provided to nonprofit partners by given deadlines
  • Ordering and distributing swag for partners, volunteer shirts for employees across 51 facilities, and supplies for activations
  • Event and project management duties as needed



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Community Relations or Communications
  • 2+ years of community relations and volunteer program management preferred
  • Must be highly organized and able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with reporting and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Benevity or similar volunteer reporting tool
  • Experience with supporting volunteer programs, corporate giving and employee engagement programs
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends to attend volunteer and community events.
