Reporting to the Economic and Analysis group, you will join the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) as a motivated undergraduate student for a Summer 2025 internship focused on the cost and economics of nuclear fuel supply systems. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of cost estimating frameworks essential for the deployment of nuclear technology. As an intern, you will collaborate with INL researchers to update and refine cost estimation methodologies for small modular and micro reactors. Your responsibilities will include conducting literature reviews and analyzing cost data to support the advancement of INL's technoeconomic analyses. This role is ideal for a student with a keen interest in nuclear technology and economics, looking to gain hands-on experience in a leading research environment. Qualifications
