Job Title: Business Development Manager - Service Sales

Location: Auburn Hills, MI (open to remote locations, travel required)

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our proactive service sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the service industry, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a sustainable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the service industry.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.

* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

* Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure seamless execution of service contracts.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the service industry.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Strong understanding of the service industry and market dynamics.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
