We're seeking a dynamic Senior Crypto Partnerships Manager to drive revenue-generating relationships with crypto-native companies and shape the future of digital asset transactions. What you'll own: Strategic Partnership Development Spearhead Worldpay's relationships and joint business plans with major crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and blockchain networks Create and maintain a holistic view of our crypto partnerships, balancing strategic vision with a deep understanding of partnership pillars across all markets Revenue Generation Accountable for defined revenue goals from crypto partnerships Identify and develop new opportunities within the crypto ecosystem Initiate, align, and execute collaboration plans driving market growth, product innovation, and thought leadership Cross-functional Leadership Work closely with Global Strategy, Product, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams to establish strategic plans and objectives Provide leadership for partner agreements, strategic agendas, and commercial structures in the crypto space Direct and manage organizational relationships with crypto partners at all levels What you bring: Essential Skills Proven track record in crypto/blockchain business development or partnerships Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including major players, trends, and technologies Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a history of creating revenue-generating solutions in the crypto space Strong ability to implement strategic initiatives, including market sales plans and operational decisions in fast-paced environments Experience Demonstrated success in planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts in the crypto industry Background in contract negotiation and execution specific to blockchain and digital asset partnerships Proven ability to provide guidance and influence across multiple levels in an organization, including senior executives Communication Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex crypto concepts to various stakeholders Capacity to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels, from crypto startups to enterprise blockchain projects Industry Knowledge In-depth familiarity with crypto payments, DeFi protocols, and blockchain-based financial solutions Understanding of the intersection between traditional finance and crypto, including regulatory considerations What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer? The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
