Facility Operations Job Description
Nature and Level of Work: Key Responsibilities: Cut, thread, and join pipe. May perform soldering, lead wiping, acetylene, and electric cutting and welding. Insulate and paint lines and equipment as required. Drill holes in walls, floors, and ceilings. Clean, maintain, safely operate and properly store all tools and equipment. Observe and enforce all safety requirements related to equipment operation. May perform or assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material orders, reports and maintenance of records. May be required to operate a backhoe and other construction equipment. May assist with snow removal. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift
7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday Minimum Qualifications
* A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
A valid driver's license which will allow the legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri is required. Anticipated Hiring Range
