The Key Account Internet (KAI) team manages the US digital pure-play accounts for New Balance, Amazon and Zappos. These accounts, which are critical to New Balance's future growth trajectory, are large, complex businesses which require digital acumen, data proficiency, and the flexibility to pivot in real time. The KAI team drives accelerated, brand-accretive growth via data, insights, and strategic efforts. The Senior Analyst, Digital Wholesale will be responsible for driving digital operations, analytical insights, and other efficiencies on both accounts, but with particular focus on Amazon.

JOB MISSION:

This role is directly involved in activities that drive profitable and sustainable top-line growth. The main focus areas of the role are ensuring flawless execution of product set-up, identifying and solving risks/opportunities in real time, proposing and implementing team process improvements, managing the digital consumer experience (including digital shelf management), and supporting the team as needed. The role works closely with the team's Key Account Managers and other members of the cross-functional team, including our Planning, Customer Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance teammates, as well as with customer points of contact.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead and coordinate digital operations activities in support of the KAI accounts, including product set up and PDP/product catalog maintenance

  • Leverage Amazon and 3rd party platform data to analyze trends, identify insights, and propose new opportunities that drive account strategy

  • Manage 3rd party vendors and customer relationships

  • Monitor core KPIs for business performance, including inventory health metrics, buy box performance, etc.

  • Identify opportunities and implement changes for team process improvements and efficiencies

  • Support team forecasting, order review, order execution, and shipment activities

  • Ensure site placements and promotions coordinate with product availability, inventory levels, and business priorities

  • Investigate compliance- and finance-related issues, including charge validity confirmation, dispute management in Vendor Central, and support in providing documentation as needed

  • Track key GTM and other deadlines with associated reminders for the team as the backbone of the team's GTM calendaring

  • Maintain team Spotfire reporting, including new report creation as needed

  • Monitor consistency and alignment of Amazon system data with NB data (on order pricing, product availability, product family / variations)

  • Work closely with Commercial Key Account Managers; cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Commercial Planning, Customer Operations, Compliance, Finance, and other teams as needed; and externally with several customer points of contact

  • Other projects and responsibilities as they arise

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5+ years of any combination of pure play, digital, catalog management, and/or analytics experience, e.g. ecommerce, data analysis, digital sales support

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Spotfire, Vendor Central, and PowerPoint a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

  • Strong analytical skills and numerical abilities

  • Financial/business KPI acumen

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with a positive, professional attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
