Opportunity at a Glance The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the company's HR systems and processes align with its strategic goals and objectives. Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned functions, this role will provide exceptional customer support and support business leaders with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities
#LI-AS1 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with preferred concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resources, or related fields required
- 4+ years Previous Human Resources and HRIS experience required
- 3+ years UKG Pro (UltiPro) experience preferred
- Strong data analytics skills to collect, cleanse, process, interpret, and visualize data.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to research and resolve issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $54,119 and $97,726. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
