Role Overview: Ensure sustainment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Management System in each business unit/function: * Deepen the adoption of Continuous Improvement principles, systems, and tools through coaching, ensuring individuals in the business area have the necessary training and skills, as well as reinforcing behaviors with business leaders. What You'll Do: The Business Unit Sustainability Leader supports the Business Unit or Function in the continued implementation of Continuous Improvement and is responsible for co-developing a series of 100-day plans and supporting plan execution to extend performance improvement beyond initial implementation. This is done through coaching tier 1-3 leaders on the usage and refinement of CI principles, systems, and tools; helping train new employees in Continuous Improvement ways of working; ensuring the business conducts regular problem-solving sessions with clear priorities, actions, owners, and timely solutions; and helping refine standard work as process changes are made and put in place in order to help meet value capture and performance objectives. * Work closely and with tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 leaders to coach them on their engagement with and usage of CI principles, systems (i.e., leading and developing people, meeting customer demand, and raising and solving problems), and tools. * Apply a subset of assessment tools regularly (e.g., quarterly) and support others in the execution of the Sustainability Assessment (including leading and supporting the assessment). Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
