Casual Staff/Temp - Senior Digital Operator

Position Summary:

The position supports the director of Production, with layout, and budgeting, forecasting and billing. This is a temporary position, for no more than three months.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up projects remotely as needed.
• Print projects on digital copiers as directed by the Department Manager or assistant Manager of production.
• Layout files as needed for copying and binding.
• Sort, process mail and deliver packages to end user
• Interact with customer Via email
• Ensure branding requirement is met on all print projects.

Experience & Educational Background:

• High School degree or equivalent
• At least one year of printing experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with printing and Adobe creative suite.
• Be able to print and bind projects as needed.
• Ability to use mail terminal and send out packages as needed
• Be able to cut and mount printed projects.
• Ability to work in person on campus
