OPENTEXT YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee, manage and enhance the OpenText Onboarding Program for the OpenText global Sales organization. The goal for this function is to equip new hires with the tools, knowledge, connections and skills they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult education, employee engagement, and an understanding of progression frameworks to ensure new hires achieve key milestones at 30, 60, 90 days, six months, and beyond. As a key partner in driving organizational growth, you will collaborate across teams, Business Units and functions to identify opportunities that will optimize onboarding processes and accelerate team member engagement, participation and overall business success.
