The Women's Volleyball Head Coach will be a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic leader with the ability to teach, motivate, build and develop, and recruit student-athletes. The Head Coach is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball program including, but not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, practice and game day preparation and coaching, scheduling, budget management, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, fundraising and public relations, and adherence to the NCAA, Big WestConference, and University of California rules.
The full salary range for the Women's Volleyball Head Coach is $81,500 -$150,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. |
