- The client is seeking an individual to support Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities for the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Programs.
- The selected individual will support Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities for Production, Development, and Sustainment efforts on the JASSM and LRASM Programs.
- Performing Reliability Analyses (Allocations, Predictions, FMECAs, BIT Architecture Development and Effectivity Analysis, FRACAS.)
- Executing Reliability Test activities (HALT, Accelerated Aging, HASS Development/Safety of HASS) to include the development of test plans/procedures, preparing and presenting Test Readiness review charts to program management and customers, and preparing test reports.
- Developing, coordinating and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiment constructs.
- Interfacing with multi-disciplined / cross-functional teams to influence design for Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability.
- Participating in detailed design activities, technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and supplier support.
- Review of Specifications, Drawings, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and supporting Concept Screening Board (CSB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB).
- Supporting design reviews and test activities, as required
- Supporting failure investigations and root cause/corrective action identification as a part of a multi-disciplined / cross-functional team.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience with FRACAS Analysis process and driving failure investigations to root cause and corrective action.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Reliability Prediction Analysis using Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS)/Relex or like Software.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Reliability FMECA Process/Analysis, including a general understanding of circuit design and schematics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Reliability Testing (HALT, Accelerated Aging, Accelerated Life Testing, Highly Accelerated Stress Screening)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIT Development and BIT Effectivity Analysis
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Computers, including MS Office.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collaborating with and working in conjunction with other functions and engineering groups to achieve desirable results
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Missile Systems and Fire control systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Reliability Engineering design practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supportability Engineering practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more areas of reliability
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding.
- Practical hands-on experience with hardware testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with developing and delivering presentations to peers, management, and customers
- System and subsystem test experience to include Test Plan development, completing HALT and accelerated aging testing.
- Experience using Windchill Risk and Reliability.
- Experience in Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT), Accelerated Aging, and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS) testing development and execution.
- Experience with statistical analysis, statistical process control and statistical software.
- Experience with Missile Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
- Be an analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.
- Be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with limited direction and interface well with other program disciplines.
- Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers
