Director/Senior Director Practical Law Product Management Practical Law is the market leading provider of practice guidance for legal users. A key component of delivering these solutions is developing AI skills and workflows that leverage Practical Law's content and editor subject matter expertise, delivered both within the Practical Law application and through Cocounsel surfaces. The Director/Senior Director of Product Management for Generative AI will bring extensive expertise in product management, particularly in the context of leveraging generative AI technologies. This role requires a visionary leader who can synthesize cutting-edge AI capabilities with domain-specific knowledge to create transformative product solutions. The Director/Senior Director will be responsible for managing the development of AI-driven workflows and features, leveraging Practical Law's trusted legal content and expertise, and delivering a seamless, value-driven customer experience. This includes driving the integration of AI-powered solutions across Cocounsel's ecosystem, including the integrated legal assistant. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in generative AI technologies, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver tools that leverage AI to enhance user experiences. They will lead a high-performing team of product managers who partner with prompt engineers and legal SMEs to ensure the solutions meet the high standards our customers expect. This leader will be tasked with prioritizing features, optimizing product architecture, and driving operational excellence within an agile framework. As part of this role, the Director/Senior Director will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and leading innovation in AI-driven solutions, delivering measurable results iteratively and efficiently. This Director/Senior Director will need to possess excellent judgment, autonomy, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity while consistently driving the development and delivery of complex products and technologies. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $154,000 - $286,000. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
