As a Premier Banker, you are a trusted professional to all areas of the bank with a focus on special care to the needs of both consumer and small business customers. You serve as the customers' relationship manager to uncover their specific needs and goals, backed by the bank's products, technology and resources. Premier Bankers work closely with other Nicolet employees and focus on introducing customers to other specialists who can assist with their specific financial needs. As a Premier Banker, you will:
- Work with local commercial lenders and wealth advisors to open new relationships. This will also include interactions with branches those customers will be using.
- Become an integral part of teller and banker field training, providing one on one training with service expectations.
- Attend networking events with junior bankers, managers, coaching on how to make the events beneficial.
- Accompany new bankers/managers on sales calls.
- Do office visits to observe customer service levels, greetings, etc. Work with managers to improve where issues are found.
- When applicable, act as the merger/acquisition liaison. This will include going into new branches, talking service, culture and Nicolet core values. Being present before merger, as well as visits after merger. Talking with new Nicolet employees, answering questions and providing a calm presence who can answer questions.
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of banking experience.
- PC, phone system, general office equipment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively promote Nicolet as a bank of choice.
- In-depth knowledge of banking positions.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful.
