Administrator, Network Operations (Full Time; Multiple Openings)

This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Responsible for providing first-level network support for RingCentral's day-to-day corporate network operations.

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Performing tasks around various installations, upgrades, and implementations of networking technologies for RingCentral's offices as well as technologies that provide wide area, local area, and remote network access for the company's global employee base

• Maintaining case management metrics, documenting findings, and writing standard operating process documents as part of knowledge-base enrichment

• Acting as first-level support for network issues and resolving them efficiently to avoid service interruption

• Working on-call rotation that aims to provide network support for incidents or emergency service requests

• Carrying out change requests and taking network escalations

• Maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network

Desired Qualifications:

• US Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalent, or U.S. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.

• Experience with SaaS firewalls, SD-WAN, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), networking technologies, switching and routing, Wireshark, VPNs, and wireless cellular networks is required
