Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr/Lead MES Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Syncade MES and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.

Responsibilities

* Lead the implementation and optimization of Syncade MES solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.

* Oversee the integration of Syncade MES with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.

* Provide technical expertise and support to the manufacturing and supply chain teams.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and improvements.

* Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Syncade MES configurations and processes.

* Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

* Train and mentor team members on the effective use of Syncade MES.

* Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Syncade MES in a timely manner.

* Participate in the development of project plans and timelines for Syncade MES implementations.

* Ensure that all Syncade MES projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.

* Provide regular reports on system performance and project progress to senior management.

* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Syncade MES and related technologies.

Qualifications

* Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Syncade MES.

* Have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.

* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Show proficiency in project management and documentation.

* Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
