Marketing Research, Finance & Business Development Intern

The Market Research, Finance & Business Development Intern is an aspiring professional looking to understand market research, critical analysis and "deal making." This internship will help you acquire research, interpersonal skills and analysis skills as you learn to build relationships. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in the different facets of market research, business development, sales and marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Candidates Should expect the following:

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and organize different data sets to find insights in the data
  • Target and contact possible acquisitions and/or partners.
  • Build database of acquisition and partnership candidates.
  • Research new personas to target for new software services
  • Target and contact new personas to gather customer feedback
  • Research competitors and markets
  • Research personas and job roles and functions
  • Research new ways in which Minitab can add value to customers
  • Deliver findings to broader sales and marketing organization


Qualifications:



  • Prior Marketing, Sales or Research experience a plus, but not required


Education:



  • Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited university with an interest in research, marketing or sales.



This is an onsite position in our State College, PA HQ. Remote work is not an option.
