What We Offer

This position is primarily transactional role for EP NA RPPS but is meant to provide exposure to other high level positions in the group acting as a backup during absences. Main functions include Non-working Inventory management, purchase order requisitions, Inventory quarantine for quality complaints, material work flows, as well as multiple reports and analysis.

Major Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management

  • Submit purchase orders for EP NA Corporate in Ariba. Follow up on invoices and payments
  • Enter blanket purchase orders for all Covestro NA tolling (all BEs)
  • Support Raw Material Risk Mitigation Process by analyzing raw material margin impact and supply risk data.

Financial Process Management

  • Create capital expense Portfolio and Project Management entries for Applications Development group. Initiate projects in SAP once fully approved for EP NA Corporate
  • Review Toller invoices against quality assurance info in SAP daily and forward approved invoices to planners

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and distribute various reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including:
    • UL Prospecting leads
    • Inventory analysis report
    • LMCA report
    • ICIS report
    • Canceled orders report

Inventory and Material Management

  • Lead and manage NonWorking Inventory processes
  • Enter and complete material workflows
  • Handle Lab Sample Requests
  • Process Material Complaints (lot quarantine)

Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Responsible for USMCA Calculations and reporting
  • Act as caretaker for site audit requests

Additional Duties

  • Serve as backup for Floor pricing and Allocation
  • Monitor PLM (Product Life Management) requests
  • Position will support others in the group and will be considered a succession candidate for other positions in the group given some time.

What You Offer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in SAP, Ariba, and other relevant software systems

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and financial management principles
