Nelson 8 The Johns Hopkins Hospital's Nelson 8 is a 23-bed medical floor, with capacity for 10 patients requiring telemetry. RN's on the unit care for a mix of complex medical patients, including pulmonary, endocrine, GI, renal, cardiac, and neuro. On this unit, the Registered Nurse will gain experience with continuous drips & IV titrations for antiarrhythmics, dopamine, nitroglycerin, heparin, and PCA pumps. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
